About Us

A mother and father (Stephanie and John) wanted to find a way to connect with their children (Madison, Peter, and Sophia) while they were away at school. They knew that their kids were having difficult days and wanted to support them. Every day in the morning before school, they gave the kids a heart to put in their pocket. The kids gave stone hearts in return, recognizing that no matter your age or family role, everyone experiences difficult days and appreciates a reminder of love. If the kids were having a difficult time, they would rub the stone and remember that no matter what happened, they have a supporting and loving family back at home. Even our dog, Olaf, loves to get a heart now and then!
